Wage: $19.00 - $26.00 / Hour (Based upon skills, education, and experience.)

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM ; Monday through Friday

We're hiring a Counter Parts Sales Representative to join our team!

Are you great with people and have a knack for parts and service? In this role you'll be responsible for selling parts to customers at the counter, in the shop, and over the phone-delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service every step of the way!

What You'll Do:

• Assist walk-in, shop, and phone customers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and technical support on parts and accessories.
• Process orders, payments, returns, and credits.
• Source out-of-stock items and handle emergency orders.
• Support our outside sales representatives with prompt order fulfillment.
• Keep the counter area organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Upsell related products and promote specials through phone, email, and customer follow-ups.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1+ year of experience in automotive or industrial parts sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and team orientated mindset.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to complete transactions.
