Summary:
The Service Department Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service. This role ensures a welcoming experience while coordinating communication between customers and service staff. The receptionist supports daily operations through administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Physical Demands:
· Sitting/Standing: Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working at a computer or answering phones. Occasional standing and walking are required to assist customers or retrieve documents.
· Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, handling paperwork, and operating office equipment (e.g., phone, printer, scanner).
· Lifting/Carrying: Occasionally lift and carry items up to 20 pounds, such as office supplies, small packages, or promotional materials.
· Reaching/Bending: Regular reaching at or below shoulder level to access files, supplies, or equipment. Occasional bending or stooping to retrieve items from lower drawers or cabinets.
· Vision/Hearing: Must be able to read printed materials and computer screens and hear and respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
· Mobility: Ability to move throughout the dealership or service area to assist with customer flow or coordinate with service advisors.
