Summary:

A parts delivery driver is responsible for delivering parts to customers daily.

Job Duties:

• Pulls parts orders in the warehouse for delivery
• Delivers parts to the customer and ensures accuracy by matching parts to the invoice
• Completes documentation necessary for the delivery and payment of goods
• Stock items in the warehouse as needed
• Assists in other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• DOT physical and resulting Medical Examiner’s Certificate required
• Must pass a driving test
• Effective communication skills for relationship-building with customers
• Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions

Work Environment:

Parts delivery drivers spend much of the day in a delivery truck driving to each customer's location. The parts driver must be able to lift 50 and will be expected to carry and push heavy items weighing 150 pounds.
