Product Support Representative

Salaried position. Base pay will be based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

If you enjoy being in front of customers, building long-term relationships, and turning opportunities into results, this role is for you. As a Product Support Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of growing parts sales, partnering with customers, and connecting them with the right parts and service solutions—while representing Nextran Truck Centers in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and grow customer relationships within an assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals with internal teams
• Follow up on orders to ensure exceptional customer service
• Work closely with Parts and Service Sales teams to support customer needs
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports
• Act as a trusted, professional ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Confident working with both customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record required.
• Position requires regular travel within a 300-mile radius of Commerce City, Colorado and the ability to plan routes and navigate the service area.

Experience & Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, and service technical support
