Salaried position: $48k-$64k -Base pay will be based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

• Opportunity to earn commission based on performance

Hours of Work: Monday through Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

Get out there. Build relationships. Find opportunities. Make things happen!

As a Product Support Representative, you’ll be at the center of the customer experience—connecting with customers, uncovering opportunities, growing sales, and making sure they have the parts and solutions they need to keep their businesses moving. No two days are exactly alike, and that’s what makes this role exciting!

You’ll be responsible for:

• Own It & Grow It: Build and grow strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
• Find New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and turn them into lasting customer partnerships.
• Build the Right Solution: Work with internal teams to coordinate parts orders, special pricing, and approvals.
• Keep Customers Moving: Follow up on orders and stay connected to make sure customers receive outstanding service.
• Be a Team Player: Partner with Parts and Service Sales teams to deliver the right solutions and support customer needs.
• Get Out & Get Connected: Attend trade shows, customer events, and training opportunities to build relationships and stay connected to the industry.
• Stay on Top of It: Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports to keep everything running smoothly.
• Represent Nextran with Pride: Be a trusted, professional ambassador for Nextran Truck Centers every time you interact with a customer.
• Jump In & Help Out: Perform other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive/parts sales, outside parts sales, service technical support, or a related industry.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to connect with customers, build trust, and work effectively with internal teams.
• A problem-solving mindset with excellent organizational and decision-making skills and the ability to find solutions that keep customers moving.
• Drive and initiative with the ability to work independently, manage an assigned territory, and stay focused on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-first approach with the confidence to build lasting relationships through communication, negotiation, and solution-focused service.
• Technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to learn and use technology to support your customers and territory.
• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• A commitment to safe driving and the ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record while meeting Nextran Corporation’s driver qualification and insurability requirements.
