We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Operator who is eager to grow into an exciting and rewarding career in Parts Sales. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning products, and building a long-term future in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Warehouse Operator, you are a valued member of our team, performing essential duties such as:

• Pull parts orders in warehouse for delivery
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory accurately
• Deliver parts to customers and ensure accuracy by matching parts to invoice
• Complete all required documentation for deliveries and payments
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control processes
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred Candidates have the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to learn product knowledge, part numbers, and applications.
• Maintains consistent punctual and high level of professionalism
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Customer-focused communication skills that foster trust and long-term relationships
• Basic math, reading, and ability to follow directions.
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to meet physical demands of a warehouse environment (push, pull and lift 50 -100lbs)
• Valid driver’s license; DOT physical and resulting Medical Examiner’s Certificate required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Essential duties and related qualifications may be changed as needed to meet the changing demands of the organization
